It all started with a great number of people looking for recreational hotels. Thats how the resorts came about. They enlarged the areas and created a complex where the guests wouldn’t need to leave the hotel for anything else, specially if they were looking for recreation.

The truth is that recreational hotels always existed, but in Brazil, the difference is that our resorts have a different concept in their physical aspect, as well in theis services. As a continental country, Brazil has been an open field for the construction of resorts that could no longer fit in other smaller countries.

The rise of this kind of hotel happened in the last 7 years, when the all-inclusive system arrived, where the clientes payment didn’t cover just their accomodation, but also recreational activities, meals and even drinks.
